Welcome to MPO1212. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and MPO1212 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at https://mpo1212.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile applications.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the MPO1212 platform — including browsing the site, creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the MPO1212 platform. These Terms apply to all users accessing the platform from Malaysia, including players based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations within Malaysia where access is not restricted by applicable law.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the MPO1212 website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated gaming and betting services operated under the domain https://mpo1212.cam.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Member upon successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Member in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or accepted cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT) that are held in the Member's Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched bonus funds awarded to a Member's Account as part of a promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered on eligible games before it or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by MPO1212 to comply with applicable international anti-money laundering and player protection standards.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, region, or territory from which the use of MPO1212 is restricted or prohibited under applicable local or international law.
• "Force Majeure" refers to events beyond the reasonable control of MPO1212, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyber-attacks, or failure of third-party infrastructure.

To register and maintain an active Account on MPO1212, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. MPO1212 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years in accordance with international responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming activities. Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as Members.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of MPO1212 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or equivalent responsible gambling restriction, whether imposed voluntarily through MPO1212 or through an external authority.
• You must not have had a previous Account terminated by MPO1212 due to a violation of these Terms.

To create an Account, you must complete the MPO1212 registration form and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. MPO1212 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

KYC Verification: MPO1212 is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its Know Your Customer obligations. As part of this process, you may be required to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, or Public Bank account in your name).
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by MPO1212 to comply with applicable regulations.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed to the satisfaction of MPO1212's compliance team. MPO1212 reserves the right to suspend an Account and retain funds pending completion of verification at any time.

MPO1212 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment methods. All balances are maintained in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise in respect of cryptocurrency transactions.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for all payment methods unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. MPO1212 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. MPO1212 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests above RM 5,000 within a single 24-hour period. Processing times stated above are estimates and may be affected by your payment provider's own processing schedules, Malaysian banking hours, and public holidays.

Funds must be withdrawn to a payment method in your own name. MPO1212 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any withdrawal request made to an unverified or third-party account will be declined and the funds returned to your Real Money Balance.

MPO1212 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, refer-a-friend bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the individual promotion page.

• Each promotion is available to eligible Members only, as defined in Section 3. Members who have been flagged for bonus abuse or who have previously had accounts closed for Terms violations are not eligible for any promotional offers.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which is stated on the relevant promotion page and must be satisfied before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the MPO1212 welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount on eligible games.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and will be applied to wagers after your Real Money Balance is exhausted, unless the promotion specifies a different order of play.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting markets, and certain high-RTP slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–50%) or may be excluded entirely. The eligible game list and contribution rates are published on the promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, which begins from the date of credit. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry. The standard expiry period is 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated.
• MPO1212 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings if we determine that a bonus was claimed in error or in violation of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time per Account. Claiming a new promotion will cause any unused bonus balance from a prior promotion to be forfeited automatically.

All games offered on MPO1212 are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you accept the rules of that specific game as displayed.

MPO1212 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG certification is provided by independent third-party testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed on the platform are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee results on any individual session or wager.

Sports betting odds are provided in real time and may fluctuate prior to the settlement of a bet. Once a wager is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked in. MPO1212 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where the integrity of a sporting event is under investigation by the relevant sporting authority.

In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during gameplay — including but not limited to server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party game provider failures — MPO1212's system logs will be used to determine the outcome and settle any outstanding wagers. MPO1212's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MPO1212 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and wagered on MPO1212.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the MPO1212 platform to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity.
• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person who has been excluded from the platform.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the MPO1212 platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Accessing or using the MPO1212 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or similar circumvention technologies.

MPO1212 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the Member under our Responsible Gambling policy.
• An order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.

Upon closure of an Account for a Terms violation, MPO1212 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Member's request (voluntary closure), any Real Money Balance exceeding the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MPO1212 and its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failure, disconnection, or third-party outage beyond MPO1212's reasonable control.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by Malaysian banking system outages, public holidays, or payment provider processing windows.
• Any decision made by a game provider in the settlement of a wager, provided the game was operating within certified parameters.
• Loss of data, access, or account functionality during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
• Actions taken by MPO1212 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including Account suspension or closure.

MPO1212's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

MPO1212 is firmly committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your Account settings at any time.

The use of the MPO1212 platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the MPO1212 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the MPO1212 platform without prior written authorisation from MPO1212.

MPO1212 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, MPO1212 will provide reasonable notice to active Members via email and/or an in-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the MPO1212 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 9.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to MPO1212's jurisdiction of operation under its international gaming licence.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated under MPO1212's operating licence. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
